Once the service purchase is made, it will be confirmed by sending an email within a maximum of 24 hours to the address you have provided. Your subscription to the Service is monthly for an amount of €59.90 for the individual plan, and €199.95 annually for the business plan and will automatically renew for the same period until terminated.

Unless you cancel your subscription, you authorize us to charge the corresponding monthly and/or annual subscription fee to your payment method.

You can cancel your subscription to the Service at any time, and you will continue to have access to it until the end of your monthly and/or annual billing period. To the extent permitted by law, payments are non-refundable, and we do not provide refunds or credits for partial monthly and/or annual subscription periods.

On the other hand, given the type of product marketed on our web platform, based on a document conversion and optimization service, the right of withdrawal will not be applicable, as approved by the consolidated text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws in the Principality of Andorra.

The right of withdrawal will not be applicable to the provision of services once the service has been executed, when the execution has begun, with prior express consent from the consumer and user and with the acknowledgment on their part that they are aware that, once the contract has been correctly executed by the entrepreneur, they will have lost their right of withdrawal. However, from the moment of cancellation, no further charges will be made, nor will there be any other fees from the service.

9.2 Refunds

The contracted service cannot be assigned or transferred to other users of the service. In case there is a problem converting a file on our part and we are unable to successfully complete the conversion, it is possible to request a refund.

10. Validity of Offers

The services offered on the Service, and their prices, will be available for purchase as long as they are in the product catalog displayed through this website.

In any case, the website reserves the right to make the modifications it deems appropriate to the Service, being able to update products and services based on the market.

The website reserves the right to change prices without prior notice.

We inform you that despite the updates made to the Service prices, they may contain errors. We will promptly correct all errors that appear, but they will not be binding on the Service.
